Don is a true visionary. As Founder of Prudential Preferred Real Estate and a seasoned Realtor with over 15 years of experience in real estate sales, investment, and development, Don is committed to providing his clients with the most comprehensive real estate experience possible. He has a natural understanding of the Denver Metro market; historic and new construction properties; and actively advocates the legislative and transportation issues that affect his clients.
Don believes that innovative marketing strategies often produce successful results. As part of Don’s efforts to effectively market his clients’ properties, he utilizes an interactive, high-touch "Smart Board" system that creatively presents property, neighborhood, and development information on a large scale.
He is a past President for the Douglas/Elbert Realtor Association (DERA) and is now a Director with the Colorado Real Estate Association and holds memberships with the South Denver Metro Realtor Association (SMDRA) and the Denver Board of Realtors (DBR).
Don has proudly received the Prudential Chairman's Circle Award several times for being among Prudential Real Estate’s top 3% of producing agents in the United States. He has also received several Roundtable awards through the Denver Board of Realtors.
He has also served the community by volunteering his time as the Board President of the Community Housing Resource Board (CHRB), an organization promoting Fair Housing throughout Denver and Colorado. He donates to Belle Bonfils Blood Center, Parker Adventist, and Children’s Hospital. He served seven years as a Housing Authority Commissioner for the City of Englewood where he overlooked the needs of the disadvantaged and Senior populations in the cities of Englewood and Sheridan and Arapahoe and Douglas counties.
