Helen Greene - Real Estate Broker, Investor & Consultant.

Helen Greene has held a Colorado Real Estate Brokers license since 1995 and as of 2008 her primary focus has shifted to local real estate investment opportunities including residential fix & flips. Helen works with buyers and sellers and has lived in Colorado most of her life. As an accomplished equestrian she also specializes in horse property. 

Helen has consulted with local and national real estate developers, advertising agencies, architects, banks, associations and builders for the past 13 years. She founded her consulting firm, Trafix Systems, in January 2000 and has been a recognized industry leader in local housing and consumer research.

Dedicated to conscious and sustainable development, Helen has been a regular speaker and organizer of professional and educational seminars in the real estate development industry.  In the fall of 2007 Helen conducted an Urban Study along with Metrostudy and presented the results to an audience of over 100 real estate professionals. Her Urban Study panel consisted of industry leaders representing DRCOG, Downtown Denver Partnership and Joseph Freed (Gates Redevelopment). She was also invited to speak at the 2007 HBA/50+ Housing Council TOD tour.

Helen has been an active member of numerous industry organizations and committees including the Downtown Denver Partnership, 50+ Housing, Urban Land Institute, Denver Home Builders Assoc., Colorado Women’s Chamber, Union Station Advocates, American Marketing Assoc. & Marketing Research Assoc., WHNA & HUNI neighborhood associations. She is a long time Denver resident and a graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
